Perhaps society should inflict the same control mechanism on overly promiscuous men. One small snip and an end to the Giggilos. Let's not stop there: all P.E. teachers should be given a quick chop too, and no anesthetic for those creeps.
It would be a better planet, perhaps, if all men were dealt with in this way.
A world without testicles is a happy world.
